I select this job because the salary and because its very interesting , its about Technical Support Engineer Lead/Supervisor, by the Company INFINERA some of the responsabilities are to be a Lead/Manage a team of technical support engineers, be a Manage customer escalations, interface and support technical partners/resellers, implement and manage planning schedules and escalate unresolved issues to operations support, engineering management and sales account team.
- Manage operational aspects of customer trials and deployment
- Provides technical input into developing account plans and assist the account teams in qualifying and closing global customer opportunities.
And some diferents requirements like be a Bachelor in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications, Excellent leadership, inter-personal, oral and written skills, technical, teamwork, and organizational skills and thats all
